July 7th news letter
| |
Parents the due date for fees are coming up July 8th, if you need more time please let us know we will extend the date to July 14th. Also fundraiser money is due soon, if you haven’t gotten your fundraiser please come to the table and pick it up. We also need jerseys returned from the parade and if you took a red rattler shirt it must be paid for (10.00)! We are starting to hand out equipment but you must have your equipment fees paid or come let us no if there is a problem, but if we don’t at least have your regular fees, we can’t give you equipment too. We have had equipment walk off in the past and it comes out of the president’s pocket. I will work with everyone so all kids can participate but we as parents must be responsible for our children, fees and fundraisers are how we stay operating if everyone disregards it then the children suffer. Also parents try to be at practice by 7:45pm to pick up your kid so you can hear coaches comments and announcements at the end of practice so you are not missing any information, also make sure your child has plenty of water, it is very hot and they need to stay hydrated. We must work together to make this an enjoyable experience for our kids.

Volunteering & Fundraising are two of the most important things parents can make a difference in your childs young experience. We need you just as much as we need your child,so please volunteer and help your child with their fundraising. Fundraising help keep fees low and keep or non profit organization running for every child. They say it takes a villiage to raise a child well volunteering & fundraising makes our organization run like that village.
